Smooth the wedding blues

Sweet floral notes, pearl beading, soft delicate shades of blush, amber and gold, and the stunning long flowing white dress of her dreams will be stuck in a bride's mind from the moment she's engaged, right up until the big day.

When you're feeling those wedding vibes and are frantically racing around trying to sort out the wedding party, hair and makeup, the flowers, the cake, the venue and yes the dress, it can be easy to forget to exercise self-care, eat breakfast, relax and take a moment for yourself.
